Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, these are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.
- Items must still meet our general return eligibility criteria (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refund Process
